My departmental stores sell 6 mL and 10 mL glass vials with a plastic cap that are outfitted with a PTFE septum, they are guaranteed autoclavable by the company with everything, including the septum, sealed. You can then puncture the septum with a needle in sterile conditions, should be fine. We get them for around 10 pounds per 100.
